“ The ability to customize the sugar in my oatmeal is so important. I appreciate that. Skim milk for coffee is also very appreciated not every place has that. The care that went into my order is apparent from my order ticket, attached. Something unique happened though. I chose to sit near a sleeping person. It seemed to me he was distressed yet keeping to himself, just needed to rest. I sat near him for a half hour, when a manager came up to him, woke him, and said he had to leave immediately because there had been many complaints about him. There were 3 others in the restaurant at this point, with no one else sitting by him. The managers assertion made me instantly suspect to the sleeping man. The manager immediately left, leaving me, a petite woman, next to this distressed human. He looked angrily at me and I told him it wasnt me that complained. Please dont implicate other customers and leave, subjecting them to a potentially hostile situation. Incidentally, I own my own law firm now? But its been a looooong journey for me....a decade ago, I was the one resting in public places. Offering this man a coffee andor a phone call, gently instead of angrily saying he couldnt stay, might turn his dayweek around. Just speaking from my own experience. Thank you. ”

“ After a long day and a less than good night looking for a quick bite. Placed order online not huge fan of new menu but a few items I enjoy and when I get to restaurant, I was informed that any of the good breads are sold out. Asst Manager Amanda helped me with a partial refund and upgrade of items to make my night much better. Turns out all the bread has no preservatives and is delivered nightly and cooked onsite. So no extra bread to bake last minute as it is all cooked daily, since it doesnt keep Running out of key ingredients bad Run out because it is fresh good Good customer service awesome ”

“ A nice place in Malvern to eat. Not really busy around lunch time. Food prepared was good. I had the Mac and cheese sandwich, first time having it, it was good. Also had mango smoothie, this might not be the best place to have a smoothie. But overall I enjoyed my meal and time spent there. ”
